Advise

Two senior roles lead from the first conversation, one for the business and one for the technology. Every engagement starts with a four-week, fixed-fee Readiness & Blueprint.

Who leads it

Advise is led by two senior roles. Each deliverable below names its owner.

  • Sibylle Möller-Sherwood

    Chief AI Strategist

The business lead. Owns the value case: the use-case portfolio scored on value, the board readout and budget ask, and a quarterly board briefing on value and spend.

  • Martin Sherwood

    Chief AI Architect

The technical lead. Owns the blueprint: the current-state audit, the target architecture, the governance baseline, the run-cost model and the roadmap, and chairs your AI architecture review board.

Readiness & Blueprint

A paid, fixed-fee diagnostic, and the way into every Advise engagement. It answers three board questions: are we ready, what should we build first, and what will it cost to run safely on Azure.

Seven artefacts and a board decision on what to do next

Week by week

  1. Week 0: Mobilise

Scoping call, pre-read questionnaire, read-only (Reader) access to the Azure tenant and Microsoft Purview if present

    Architect
  2. Week 1: Discover

Stakeholder interviews (CIO, CISO, data owner, enterprise architect, 2 to 3 business leads). Current-state scan of the Azure estate, identity, network, data platform and security posture

    Both
  3. Week 2: Prioritise and govern

Use-case workshop, scored on value and feasibility. AI governance baseline and data-boundary mapping

    Both
  4. Week 3: Design

Target architecture for a sovereign AI landing zone on Microsoft Foundry, with a Copilot Studio or pro-code decision per use case. Token and run-cost model

    Architect
  5. Week 4: Decide

Phased roadmap, risk register and board readout. Proof of Value candidate agreed

    Both

What you own at the end of week 4

  1. Current-state AI & data audit

Azure estate, identity, network, data governance, security posture, ERP integration readiness (for example SAP S/4HANA, where in scope)

    Architect
  2. AI use-case portfolio

Up to 5 use cases scored on value, feasibility and risk. One named Proof of Value candidate

    Strategist
  3. Target architecture blueprint

Sovereign AI landing zone on Microsoft Foundry, AI gateway, network isolation, identity, Copilot Studio or pro-code decisions, architecture decision records

    Architect
  4. AI governance & data-boundary baseline

AI usage policy, AI register template, data classification and boundary map, aligned to ISO/IEC 42001

    Architect
  5. Risk & FinOps model

Token consumption forecast, run cost at pilot and at scale, risk register

    Architect
  6. Phased roadmap

90-day, 6-month and 12-month plan from proof of concept to production

    Both
  7. Board readout

A 90-minute session and a 10 to 12 slide pack with the recommendation and budget ask
